. Hostess Protocol

A. At each monthly Business meeting, at least two members will volunteer to serve as hostesses.

B. When a new member volunteers to be a hostess, they will be paired with an experienced member in good standing. 

9. Hostess Duties 

A. Hostess chooses the menu through McGrath’s Catering (951)683-7063, www.mcgrathscatering.com

B. Contact Corresponding Secretary with menu selection two weeks prior to Business meetings. 

C. Hostesses are responsible for selecting and arranging centerpieces for each table, including the head table. Before purchasing any new items, please check the supplies already available in the room to the right side of the stage, as there is no approved budget for the expense. Additionally, you are welcome to decorate the Clubhouse.

D. Responsible for providing at least three door prizes at a minimum of $10.00. 

E. Hostesses are not responsible for taking reservations. (Reservations are the Corresponding Secretary’s responsibility). 

We gather monthly to visit and do fun crafts. Bring your own craft or make a new one with us. 

We're always looking for volunteers to help us plan and execute events, as well as give back to the community through service projects. Join our volunteer team and make a difference!

Our diverse and welcoming Clubmembers come from all walks of life. Doctor and Lawyer - Teachers  - Artists - Actors -  Get to know some of our members and hear their stories!

Join  this honorary educational society Epsilon Sigma Omicron (ESO) is an honorary educational society open to all per-capital dues paying GFWC federated club members. Participants achieve recognition levels at their own pace.
